Waiting, waiting....Right now Texas is high and dry in an extreme drought. With La Nina activity has been in Missouri, Arkansas and further north and east. Missouri has had some big-time storms including a Tornado Outbreak on March 12, 2006. Visit Joe Lawton's stormpage on this event. LA Nina is feeding in Gulf moisture straight up and to the east a bit. All are curious what this means for the already dry fire prone areas of the Texas West, Oklahoma, and New Mexico...in terms of storm chasing.
